Present at the meeting were Tammy Wilhoit, David Bultman, Norman Kappes, Kyle Negangard, and Will Wallace.

American Legion Riders would like to be at the stoplight on May 16th from 9:00 to 1:00. Donations would be used for the Veterans Home.

Interviews will be set up for Water/Wastewater position on Wednesday, February 12th starting at 5:00 P.M.
Police Department - Will Wallace stated that they had 106 calls: 35 traffic stops, 6 town ordinances/civil processes, 12 agency/citizen assists, 9 accidents/emergency service assists, and 44 criminal. F.O.P. 177 wanted to thank Council for the donation to Cops for Kids. Forty-three kids were taken shopping for the Christmas Season. Marshal Wallace and Deputy Batchelor will be attending an IDEA Conference in February.
Fire Department - Kyle Negangard gave council the December and January statistical reports, along with the 2020 OVFD Executive Officers list.
