Regular Meeting
Tuesday, April 16, 2013
7:00 P.M.

Present at the meeting were Tammy Wilhoit, Norman Kappes, Steve Wilhoit, Linda Krinop, Mary Ann Gay, DeDee Holliday, Eric Roush, Adam Hunger, and Keith Barbender.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call – all present

Motion was made to waive the reading and adopt the pre-read minutes. DeDee 1^st, Norman 2^nd

Letters will be sent regarding zoning issues for 119 S. Sycamore Street and 346 S. Buckeye Street.

Motion was made to contact Jeff French about staking off property that Solarzentrum NA will be developing. DeDee 1^st, Norman 2^nd

Police Department – Eric Roush gave the monthly statistical report.

Street Department – Steve discussed grant opportunities for trails and for refuse collection. He also stated that there has been a lot of money spent toward repair and maintenance of the 2003 Street Truck.

Motion was made to pursue grant funding for refuse collection. DeDee 1^st, Norman 2^nd

Motion was made to grant Knights of Columbus request to be at the stoplight on May 11^th. Norman 1^st, DeDee 2^nd

3 - ayes

Motion was made to grant Ripley County Humane Society’s request to be at the stoplight on April 20^th. Linda 1^st, Norman 2^nd

2 – ayes (DeDee abstained from voting)
