Organizational Meeting
Wednesday, January 5, 2015
6:00 P.M
Present at the meeting were Tammy Wilhoit, Norman Kappes, Linda Krinop, and DeDee Holliday.
Roll Call - Mary Ann Gay was not present.
Clerk-Treasurer administered the Oaths of Office to Linda Krinop and Norman Kappes.
Motion was made by DeDee Holliday to retain Linda Krinop as Council President. Norman 2nd

Motion was made to keep Council meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. Norman 1st, DeDee 2nd

Motion was made to retain all the current Superintendents. Norman 1st, DeDee 2nd

Motion was made to appoint Council as the Board of Public Works and Safety and the Board of Finance. Norman 1st, DeDee 2nd

Resolution 2015-1 was presented with a contract. A contract for cleaning services by Jeanne DeBurger to clean the Town Hall and Community Center.
Motion was made to approve Resolution 2015-1 and sign the contract with Jeanne DeBurger. DeDee 1st, Norman 2nd

Resolution 2015-2 was presented with a contract. A contract for cleaning services by Jeanne DeBurger to clean the Gas Utility Office.

Resolution 2015-3 was presented with a contract. The contract approves the employment of Mary Ann Gay for legal services.

Resolution 2015-4 was presented with a contract. The contract states that the Town of Osgood needs to provide fire protection services to the residents and businesses. Osgood Volunteer Fire Department is available and willing to provide this service.
Motion was made to approve Resolution 2015-4 and sign the contract with Osgood Volunteer Fire Department. DeDee 1st, Linda 2nd

Resolution 2015-5 was presented with a contract. The Town of Osgood has the legal authority to contract with the Jackson Center Delaware Fire Territory for the provision of fire protection services. The fire protection services by the Osgood Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. through the Town of Osgood.
Motion was made to approve Resolution 2015-5 and sign the contract with the Osgood Volunteer Fire Department and the Jackson Center Delaware Fire Territory. DeDee 1st, Linda 2nd

Conflicts of Interest Statements were signed by DeDee Holliday, Tammy Wilhoit, and Shawn Negangard.
